Was ist Ultra Cultura?

Kultur ist im Leben unverzichtbar. Sie verbindet Menschen, eröffnet Perspektiven, schafft Sinn und Gemeinschaft. Unser Dank gilt daher allen, die Kultur schaffen – und allen, die anderen die Teilhabe daran ermöglichen. Aus dieser Wertschätzung heraus haben wir eine Initiative gegründet, um kulturelles Engagement sichtbar zu machen, zu stärken und gemeinsam Räume für Austausch zu schaffen. Ultra Cultura ist unser Statement für eine offene, zugängliche und zukunftsfähige Kultur. Ultra Cultura verbindet Ideen, Formate und Perspektiven, um daraus konkrete Lösungen für die aktuellen Herausforderungen von Kulturinstitutionen zu entwickeln. Von Barrierefreiheit über Zielgruppenerweiterung bis hin zur digitalen Transformation – wir verbinden Kommunikation, Design und Haltung zu einem echten Mehrwert für Kulturinstitutionen.

Ultra Cultura ist unsere Einladung zum Dialog. In Veranstaltungen bringen wir Kulturentscheider:innen und Expert:innen zusammen – nicht um Missstände zu beklagen, sondern um neue Wege aufzuzeigen, bestehende Kooperationen zu stärken und gemeinsam in die Zukunft zu denken. Offen statt exklusiv. Inspirierend statt belehrend. Und immer mit dem Ziel: Kultur zukunftsfähig zu machen.

What is Ultra Cultura?

Culture is indispensable in life. It connects people, opens up perspectives, creates meaning and community. We would therefore like to thank everyone who creates culture – and everyone who enables others to participate in it. Based on this appreciation, we have founded an initiative to make cultural engagement visible, strengthen it, and create spaces for exchange together. Ultra Cultura is our statement for an open, accessible, and sustainable culture. Ultra Cultura connects ideas, formats, and perspectives to develop concrete solutions for the current challenges facing cultural institutions. From accessibility to target group expansion to digital transformation—we combine communication, design, and attitude to create real added value for cultural institutions.

Ultra Cultura is our invitation to dialogue. We bring cultural decision-makers and experts together at events—not to complain about grievances, but to point out new paths, strengthen existing collaborations, and think about the future together. Open instead of exclusive. Inspiring instead of instructive. And always with the goal of making culture sustainable for the future.
